All orderd items will be shipped by GLS (General Logistics Systems). Additionally our german customers can choose a shipment by TNT Express. The forwarding & packing
expenses depend on the destination, the weight of your ordered products and the kind of delivery you chose. In isolated cases we reserve the right to take out
a transport insurance in addition to our regular forwarding & packing expenses - on your account.
Within germany the shipment by GLS is free.
Our invoices have to be paid within maturity and without any deductions. We reserve the right to handle orders from new customers after advance payment only,
instead of delivery by invoice.
All charges for incoming payments from abroad (cheque/bank transfer) will be charged to your account.
